Dave is the Interim Chief Officer at NHS Halton CCG and Halton Borough Council. One of a few hybrid Strategic Commissioners that span both the CCG and LA. He drives fully integrated approach seeing the pooling of over 42m of local statutory provision. He has 18 years experience working in and commissioning, transformation and change management and is a multi award winning commissioner. In early 2016 Dave won Uk Social Value individual leader award. Dave is passionate about mental wellbeing, social value and harnessing the power of communities. He is a world record holder. Dad of 2 perfect girls- A musician and a life long punk rocker!
