We’re pleased to announce Nick Green has been appointed our new Chief People Officer, joining our team of Executive Directors.

The People Directorate at CNWL encompasses recruitment, staff wellbeing, HR, leadership development, and workforce resourcing.

He did a stunning interview and clearly has high ambitions for CNWL and the role. The appointment panel was unanimous!

Nick said: “I am excited to take up the mantle looking after Our People. Even though I been here since November 2021, I’m still a newbie, especially for this new role. I will listen, to understand so together we shape and deliver a People agenda worthy of the talented people at the Trust.”
