Stockport’s five main health and social care organisations are coming together to hold a recruitment open day on Wednesday 13 September, in Stockport Town Hall, from 4 – 7pm.
These five organisations, Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, NHS Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group, Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and Viaduct Care, are working collaboratively under the name Stockport Together.
The organisations are combining their skills to change the way services are provided to meet the needs of the 300,000 people in Stockport. In order to do this, more health and social care professionals are required to join the growing team.
The interactive event will advertise a number of vacancies, including community staff nurses, neighbourhood support workers, mental health support workers, senior support workers, social workers, occupational therapists and mental health practitioners.
At the open day there will be showcase of the roles available, along with the chance for potential candidates to meet with current staff or ask any questions they may have.
The event will be hosted in the Committee suite, Stockport Town Hall, Edward Street, Stockport SK1 3XE.
Please share details of this event with anyone who may be interested.
